Maha Elashri, Founder

Maha Elashri is a healthcare strategist, ICF-accredited coach, and author with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceutical and biotech commercialization, brand strategy, and organizational change. She has launched companies, built teams, and helped institutions navigate growth and reinvention across global agency networks, startups, and advisory roles.

Over time, she noticed a consistent pattern: the more optimized organizations became, the less regulated and resilient their people felt. That observation led her to develop The Coherence Protocol™ and found The Wellness Bureau, bringing the same rigor she applied to healthcare strategy to the design of high-performing, sustainable organizations.

She is the author of The Coherent Life™: A Human Guide to Longevity in the Age of Intelligent Health. She lives in the New York City area and works with clients globally.
